Additional reports, written for you
- Add a report to any entry, describe what it should be (“post-op instructions for the parents, warm and plain”), and the AI writes it from the entry.
- New reports come with Proofread, Improve Tone, Expand, Shorten, Numbered List and Custom Prompt on the body.
- Feature
Voice fills the Entry and every report
- One dictation is now sorted across the Entry and every report on it, instead of only the tab you're on.
- Ask for a report out loud and Voice drafts it for you to create.
- A clearer recording indicator shows when recording has started.
- Improvement
Entries list and dashboard
- The entries list shows as many rows as fit your screen.
- The dashboard counts consults and treatments separately, each with its own trend line.
- Improvement
Easier for office firewalls
- Files and speech now come from Refdocs addresses, so your IT team can allow Refdocs with one entry per region.
- Security
Stronger sign-in protection
- Repeated failed sign-ins are slowed down, and new passwords are checked against known data breaches.
- Feature
Mark for Approval
- Staff can mark a finished entry for approval. It moves to the Pending Approval tab for the specialist to approve.
- Improvement
Undo an accidental archive
- Archived an entry by mistake? Undo it straight from the notice.
- Feature
Choose the Topic for each template
- Pick the field that names each entry. It appears as the Topic in the entries list, in search and on the PDF.
- Improvement
Secure Send: archive and forward
- Recipients can archive documents they've dealt with and forward them to a colleague.
- Feature
AI template assistant
- Describe the template you need, or what to change, and the assistant builds or adjusts it in the template editor.
